There are bodies 

of water

in Arkansas

(springs. creeks. pools)

that touch skin

so completely 

the body leaves the mind 

You can drink

directly from

the tap,

(in Little Rock) 

until your cup

overflows repeatedly 

It is better than wine

For someone who loves 

sitting still and doing

nothing

I sure do love

moving my body

joy telling body,

Everyone knew

about the hole in my pocket

I planted that seed

first chance I got

But no one saw it coming 

when I pinched out my cigarette,

right after that I declared

there’s an obvious lack of ashtrays

and I would NEVER
